Our warm, comfortable, family-run bed and breakfast in Harrogate overlooks the beautiful Valley Gardens and is a ten-minute walk from the town centre. We also have the charming and characterful Cold Bath Road just around the corner, with its many lovely independent shops, bars and restaurants.

On arrival, you will be welcomed by the owners, and provided with on-street parking permits free of charge for the duration of your stay. The owners live on-site, so they are on hand to assist with any information you may need during your stay.

A complimentary breakfast is included with your stay. We offer a full breakfast menu featuring English, vegetarian, continental and various other options. We cater for allergies; please let us know in advance of any special dietary requirements.

Check-in is any time between 2pm and 10pm. Check-out is by 10:30 am – but just let us know if you need a little longer
