We love seeing the photos you take during your time out and about around Harrogate and the surrounding area. Thank you to everyone who has allowed us to share those images via #MyHarrogate. We love seeing the places you have been and the fun that you have had. Here are some of our favourite pics that might inspire you to take a trip in search of another selfie opportunity.

Knaresborough Viaduct

Whether you are snapping the iconic view from Knaresborough Castle, rowing under the impressive arches or walking underneath enjoying ice cream in the sunshine this landmark features in many of your snaps. The views are just as breath-taking from on top of the viaduct itself if you arrive in Knaresborough by train from Leeds or Harrogate.

The Stray, Harrogate

This 200 acres of protected parkland in the centre of town is bordered by independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The Stray is an attraction in every season for people seeking the health benefits of exercise, spending some time outside or enjoying the beauty and of course the photo opportunities that nature provides.

The Druid’s Temple

If you venture for a walk or off-road bike ride near Masham and you may discover the folly known as the Druid’s Temple. The standing stones and nearby viewpoint are firm favourites with visitors and selfie takers.
