• _{The decision of the Visit Harrogate and/or competition partner judges is final. If a prize becomes unavailable, Visit Harrogate and/or competition partners may substitute an alternative at its absolute discretion which is not guaranteed to be of equal value.}
• _{Visit Harrogate may terminate any competition at any time in which case they may elect not to award any prize.}
• _{Only one entry per person will be counted.}
• _{Winners will be notified by email or telephone within 5 days of the closing date of the competition.  When a competition takes place on social media we will use direct messaging on the relevant platform.  Visit Harrogate will take all reasonable steps to notify the winner but cannot be responsible for the delivery of this notification. If provided contact details do not allow Visit Harrogate to establish contact with the winner in 5 working days, another winner may be selected.}
• _{Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, are not transferable and must be used within any date restrictions specified and may not be exchanged for cash.}
• _{Visit Harrogate is not liable for any costs, expenses or injury in any way connected with the collection or utilization of competition prizes.}
• _{Competitions are not open to entry by any employees of Destination Harrogate(or their friends and family), North Yorkshire Council (or their immediate family), specific partner organisations for individual competitions or from employees (or their friends and family) of the organisations donating the prizes in that competition.}
• _{Personal data submitted for this competition will not be passed on to any other party, unless needed to fulfil the prize (reservations etc), and will be handled in accordance with the Visit Harrogate privacy policy.}
