This distinctly flavoured tea brings together the depth and flavour of top quality Assam complemented by the delicate floral notes of Darjeeling – the Champagne of teas.

A Devine Menu Enjoy the changing seasonal menu with such delights as Prawn, Spring Onion and Cucumber Cocktail, Miniature Red Pepper & Tomato Tart, Chicken Caesar Sandwiches, fresh- baked Lemon and Sultana scones and patisserie including Salted Caramel Pillow, Passionfruit and Lemon Macaroon and Apple and Vanilla Custard Tart. Vegetarian and Vegan menus are also available.

A splendid setting Lady Betty Afternoon Tea is presented on a sparkling silver three-tiered stand and served on fine bone china made by Royal Crown Derby, decorated with a delicate tea leaf design bespoke to Bettys. The historic, elegant surroundings of The Imperial Room and The Belmont Room are the perfect setting for such a luxurious experience, and music from the cafe pianist completes the sense of occasion.
