St Andrew's Church: Heritage Open Day
As part of the Yorkshire Historic Churches Open Day, St Andrew's is opening its doors to visitors. Set in the Roman Forum of Isurium Brigantum, the church has a fascinating history. Let our guides show you around, then enjoy some refreshments.
St. Andrew’s, founded in the 14th century, is a Grade I listed church built on the site of the Roman forum of Isurium Brigantum; and historically the mother church of a very large parish.
