Ripon's St Cecilia Orchestra returns to Ripon Cathedral with a programme of Tchaikovsky, Schumann and Strauss.
What could be more romantic than Tchaikovsky's Romeo and Juliet Overture? This is followed by the amazing Konzertstuck for Four Horns by Schumann, with soloists from Opera North. After the interval, one of the greatest orchestral showpieces of all time - Ein Heldenleben by Richard Strauss.
