WOODLAND OLYMPICS EASTER TRAIL AT NEWBY HALL
On Easter Sunday and Monday, budding Olympians will be able to join Mr Fox and friends to compete in the Woodland Olympics and then turn detective for an Easter Bunny hunt.
Aspiring Olympians taking part in Newby’s Easter Trail will encounter Fairy Enchantica and Mr Fox, along with other cheeky woodland creatures on a theatrical woodland adventure. Their fairy friends hiding in the woods will guide the young Olympians and everyone will have the opportunity to be a medal winner on both fun-filled days.
The trail opens on Sunday 31 March and Monday 1 April at 11.30am with the last entry at 2.30pm.
Award-winning children’s theatre company Story Craft Theatre will also be performing at Newby Hall on Easter Sunday and Monday. Aimed at 2 to 8 year olds, the show brings together puppetry, problem-solving and game playing to encourage everyone to work together to help solve the mysterious case of The Missing Bunny.
There will be performances throughout the day at 12noon, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm on Newby’s restaurant lawn.
Entry to both events is included in a gardens admission ticket or with a season ticket.
