Canoeing Trip from Ripon to Boroughbridge
You’ll meet our How Stean Gorge outdoor adventure team at the Canal Basin in Ripon, where you’ll get kitted up and introduced to the equipment you’ll be using during the day.
Time: 10am – 3.30pm
Full Day Canoeing Sessions:
The journey usually takes between 5-6 hours of paddling with plenty of rest.
From the serene Ripon Canal, you’ll join the faster-flowing River Ure which will take you through picturesque countryside including traditional villages and Newby Hall which eventually leads to Boroughbridge.
Whether you’re a competent canoeist, or simply seeking a new exciting outdoor adventure, this expedition promises an unforgettable journey through the heart of Yorkshire’s amazing landscape. So, grab a paddle and let the adventure begin…
