A festive programme of services and events is held in Ripon Cathedral in the run-up to Christmas.


Sunday 3 December 5:30pm - Advent Procession & Carol Service - A beautiful candlelit service which sees the light of Christ enter our lives.


Sunday 17 December 5pm - A Christmas Carol concert featuring the Ripon Cathedral Choir & St Cecilia Orchestra


Thursday 21 December 7:30pm - Christmas Organ Meditation Olivier Messiaens La Nativité Du Seigneur


Saturday 24 December



Sunday 25 December at 10:30am - Christmas Day Festal Eucharist - Join us as we celebrate the birth of Christ.


Monday 26 December at 9:30am - Boxing Day Pilgrimage with the pilgrimage starting at 10am: Eucharist for St Stephen’s Day followed by Pilgrimage to Fountains Abbey.


Saturday 31 December at 11:15pm - Watchnight Service and Procession from Ripon Cathedral to Ripon Market Square
