The Lawrance Apart-Hotel

Our Duchy Road location is a beautifully renovated grand Victorian house situated in one of Harrogate’s most sought after locations. The house consists of five separate apartments all boasting original features and character, with a large garden area, terraces and ample onsite parking.

York Road

Our York Road location is a short stroll from the fashionable Montpellier Quarter which leads up to the world famous Bettys Tea Rooms. Close to the town centre shops, bars and local amenities, there are five spacious apartments set in this charming Tudor style house with onsite parking also available.

Kings Road

Our Kings Road location is the most central of our three sites, located directly opposite the Harrogate Convention Centre. This three storey town building holds nine apartments and our Conference meeting room. There are two loading bays at this location with parking provided at our Duchy Road property, a short five to ten minute walk away.
