Harrogate Theatre is a beautiful Victorian theatre in the heart of Harrogate, hosting local, national and international theatre companies and bringing drama, comedy, music, evenings with and much more to the town. There’s something for everyone!

The theatre is home to two purpose-built performance spaces, each offering a unique and memorable experience for audiences and performers alike. Harrogate Theatre regularly opens its doors for guided tours of the historic building, where visitors can explore areas usually reserved for the stars of the show and the behind-the-scenes crew. Whether you’re excited to stand on the stage and imagine the rapturous applause of your adoring audience, or to catch an exclusive glimpse of the dressing rooms and hear about some of the big names who have graced them. You’ll hear the stories that bring the theatre’s rich history to life, brought to you by a specialist tour guide.

If you fancy a little tipple, you can round your tour off with an extra special gin tasting experience in Harrogate Theatre’s Circle Bar, exploring the area's rich heritage of gin production by showcasing a selection of the very best gins from local distilleries.
