This will be the third visit by Ariel Lanyi, the Israeli pianist, now resident in London, to the Wesley Centre Concerts. Having won the third prize in the Leeds Piano Competition in 2021, he was awarded the Prix Serdang in March 2023. He will be joined by another prize-winning young Israeli, Jonathan Leibovitz (clarinet) and Maciej Kulakowski (cello), from Gdansk, Poland, whose awards include a special award at the Witold Lutosławski International Cello Competition in 2017. All three are promoted by the Young Classical Artists Trust. They will be playing BEETHOVEN: Trio for piano, clarinet & cello in E flat (Beethoven's own arrangement of his septet, Op. 20), Op. 38 and BRAHMS: Clarinet Trio in A minor, Op.114
