MINI SHREDDERS TIME TRIAL INFO
This event takes place on the cycle skills course opposite the shop. It is a short, twisty and fun loop which is great for perfecting skills and getting used to cycling. Riders will have two timed laps, completed separately, against the clock.
Registration and practice: Sign on/practice 9am with the main event starting at 10:00am. Usually lasts around 2 hours. Prize giving once results have been calculated.
Age categories: Balance bike (any age) Pedal bikes 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, separate categories for boys and girls.
Cost: £8 per entry. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd for each age category. Prize also for best Halloween fancy dress if you fancy it (OCTOBER EVENT ONLY)!
You can bring your own picnic and chairs and there is also plenty to do on site including; bike trails for all the family and bike hire, play area, cafe and gift shop. Our Kids events make a great family day out.
Please note they are extremely popular with at least 50 children participating, so call us to reserve a place.
THE RIPPERS TIME TRIAL INFO
This event takes place on the pump track and parts of the cyclocross course with new “off piste” sections put into the woods each event. Riders will have two timed laps, completed separately, against the clock.
Registration and practice: Sign on/practice 12:30 with the main event starting at 13:30. Prize giving once results have been calculated.
Age categories: Under 8’s (for competent younger riders who want more of a challenge than the mini shredders), 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, separate categories for boys and girls.
Cost: £12 per entry. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd for each age category.
