Spirit of Gin - £45 per person

Sit back with a Slingsby G&T in hand while the experts take you through the fascinating history of gin. The Spirit of Harrogate team will take you right back to the original styles of gin, tell you all about the misery of the London gin craze through to how the spirit has developed today. Throughout you will sample different styles of gin (we have more than 100 gins to choose from!) and enjoy a selection of signature serves crafted with the award-winning Slingsby range.

Master Distiller - £85 per person

An expert mixologist will guide you through a tasting session to discover your preferred style of gin and the one you would like to make during the session. From Juniper, Citrus, Spice, Floral, Herbal and Fruit flavours, the Spirit of Harrogate team will ensure that you go home with a bottle of gin you will enjoy and be proud to share with friends and family.

You will select your botanicals with guidance, distil in one of the mini copper stills and bottle with your very own 70cl gin complete with a personalised label to take home. Throughout, you will also have the opportunity to enjoy a selection of signature serves crafted with the award-winning Slingsby range.
