We offer a unique blend of yoga, health and beauty therapies alongside our beautiful coffee bar and gift shop located in the heart of Harrogate’s Commercial Street.
Simple yoga classes, 1-1s, Ashtanga Flow, Hot Yoga, drop ins and class passes available. Workshop information is on our website.
