Fletchers and The Orchard
Fletchers Restaurant at Grantley Hall Hotel sits at the heart of the hotel in the Grade II* Georgian mansion house in the Queen Anne wing, combining original oak panelling with historic fireplaces and views over the River Skell and manicured gardens.
The restaurant offers casual all-day dining and a traditional Yorkshire Sunday lunch on Sundays. It also encompasses the Norton Courtyard where guests can enjoy al-fresco drinking and dining during spring and summer months as the River Skell flows by.
Menus
Head Chef, Craig Atchinson, and his team create delicious seasonal menus using only the finest locally sourced produce.
Steaks, lobster and herb fed chicken breasts are cooked to order on the Josper Grill which is an enclosed BBQ using top quality single special charcoal - which leaves the food moist and full of chargrilled flavour. Firm favourites on the menu include fillet of beef wellington and a great selection of fish dishes.
Stefan Rose and our talented pastry team make all our desserts on-site which offer both a visual treat as well as one for the tastebuds.
An extensive wine menu is available and our sommelier can assist in proposing suitable recommendations.
The Orchard
The Orchard offers a relaxing indoor-to-outdoor atmosphere where you can easily go from day to night. Sit and enjoy a leisurely lunch basking in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside or enjoy a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label whilst watching the sunset.
Private dining
For more intimate affairs, Fletchers Restaurant offers two private dining areas; Brook and Parklands where groups of up to 10 and 20 guests respectively can enjoy very special dining experiences.
